The numbers are in, and in terms of social media growth, Twitter seems to be the rising star. Emarketer reports that Facebook grew by 13% last year, while Twitter grew at more than double that rate at 31%.
However, with over 100 million US users alone on Facebook, experts are arguing that Facebook has a much smaller capacity to grow when compared to other social media outlets. For instance, Twitter, while growing by 31% last year still had less than 25 million US users.
